What we offer
SAUNA
The heart of it all. A wood-fired barrel sauna, tucked beneath the trees. Heat that seeps into your bones, steam that clears your head, and time that finally slows down. Come to sweat, to soften, to reset.
PLUNGE
Step outside, take a breath, and dip into the cold. The plunge and outdoor shower are optional but highly recommended.

Whether you come alone, with friends, or meet new faces here, sauna has a way of opening us up. Laugh, chat, sit in silence… whatever connection looks like for you, you’ll find space for it here.
Schedule a time with us
Each booking is for private, exclusive use of the sauna - it’s yours for the duration of your session.
You can book for 1–4 people. Our booking system requires a minimum booking of 2 people, but you’re very welcome to book for two and attend solo if you prefer - just enjoy the space to yourself. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
